​4. Surcharge for Special Days:

- A compulsory surcharge (pre tax) will be applied or stays on the following dates:

• 30th April; 1st May; 2nd September: 5 USD per person

• Vietnamese Lunar Tet holiday (from 30 Decembet to 03 January, lunar calendar): 10 USD per person (pre tax)

5. Terms & Conditions:

• Rates apply for a minimum of 2 persons. A single supplement will be applied for solo travelers.

• Only 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment can be made via our secure Onepay link ( a 3.85% bank fee applies for online payments).

• The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival at the hotel. We accept cash (USD/VND), credit cards (VISA/MasterCard/UnionPay/JCB), and Apple Pay.

• This promotion cannot be combined with other offers.

• Extension of stay or room upgrades will incur an additional charge.

6. Flexible Cancellation Policy:

• More than 10 days prior to check-in : Free cancellation

• 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rate

• Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 25% of total rate

• No-show: 25% of total rate
